Thank you for shopping with us. Due to the collectible and sensitive nature of trading card products, all returns are subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order if:

  • The wrong item was received

  • The item arrived significantly damaged

  • The product remains unopened, unused, and untampered

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Opened or tampered products

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor printing imperfections

  • Card centering preferences

  • Grading expectations or outcomes

  • Products marked as Final Sale

  • Sealed products that have been opened

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by us.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Reporting Issues

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Video of Unboxing
  • Photos of the packaging

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
